     Welcome readers to the last part of the tithing lesson of our tithing and offering series. Next week we will begin the offering part to this in depth lesson according to God's STANDARDS. PLEASE REMEMBER!!!! That the word tithe mean a TENTH(10%) and is HOLY unto God. God COMMANDED tithes to be set apart for the work to be done in HIS Kingdom and for the advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.  The sources where believers are to pay TITHES from are: Any job, career, or profession where we are employed recieving a salary or paycheck. Any task where we recieve monetary compensation. Pastors and Overseers who are paid a salary from the congregation they are shepherding. It DOES NOT matter whether they are serving in a part or full-time capacity. Believers serving in a part or full-time capacity in ministry and are recieving compensation.     Welcome back readers, this week's blog is about tithes that are UNACCEPTABLE to God. Tithes that are UNACCEPTABLE to God: Monies from LEGAL or illegal gambling . This includes sports gambling.  Monies earned from any legal emplyment, career, or profession that is contrary to the word of God. That which also  VIOLATES the principles of HIS kingdom. Tithes given for the WRONG MOTIVES. Example: given to recieve a blessing or to get stuff from God.  Winnings from playing the LOTTERY . Tithes given when a SINFUL lifestyle is being practiced or live out by a BELIEVER. Tithes given by a BELIEVER with UNFORGIVENESS in their heart. Tithes given by a BELIEVER with unconfessed sin in their heart. Tithes given by a BELIEVER with SIN that has not been repented for or forgiven. Monies earned from UNFAIR business dealings.    This week's blog, I will be categorizing the tithes that are acceptable and unacceptable to  God. Let us dive right in!!!  Tithes ( 10% )  That are Acceptable to God: Wages earned from a LEGAL job, career, or profession. Interest earned on LEGITIMATE investments. Profits earned from LEGAL and LEGITIMATE businesses that we own. Salaries received by those employed by God in FULL-TIME MINISTRY. T his  includes ALL Pastors and Overseers that are over congregations. Monies received by Pastors and OVERSEERS during Pastors appreciation and anniversaries. A fifth part( 5% ) of what we recieve from our income taxes.     Welcome everyone. We are continuing with part 4 of the tithing and offering Series. So far God has established a precedent (ruling) in his  word of what condition those things we present to him should be in. ALL Tithes and Offerings presented to him MUST be holy and without blemish (SIN). God is now going to expound for us in further terms of what the connection is between the word holy and tithes . As I explained in my last blog, a tithe is the tenth part ( 10% ) of something given from a whole ( 100% ). In   Leviticus 27:32c   God  himself tells us that the tenth part  (10%) is holy unto him.
