Tithing and Offering Part 6

     Welcome readers to the last part of the tithing lesson of our tithing and offering series. Next week we will begin the offering part to this in depth lesson according to God's STANDARDS. PLEASE REMEMBER!!!! That the word tithe mean a TENTH(10%) and is HOLY unto God. God COMMANDED tithes to be set apart for the work to be done in HIS Kingdom and for the advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. 

The sources where believers are to pay TITHES from are:

• Any job, career, or profession where we are employed recieving a salary or paycheck.
• Any task where we recieve monetary compensation.
• Pastors and Overseers who are paid a salary from the congregation they are shepherding. It DOES NOT matter whether they are serving in a part or full-time capacity.
• Believers serving in a part or full-time capacity in ministry and are recieving compensation.
• Believers that are being compensated by the CHURCH for any service, task, or duty performed.
• Believers that own a company or business that is compensated by the CHURCH for their services rendered.
• Believers that recieve a W-2 Form from the CHURCH for given their tithes throughout the year and claim their tithes as part of their income tax. They MUST give a fifth part(5%) from their income tax return because they  have redeemed what they gave to GOD.
• Believers who recieve income tax returns. Those who pay tithes from the after tax amount and NOT tithe from the before tax amount. If the government and others get their due first why should not GOD  be HONORED and get what's RIGHTFULLY HIS FIRST.
• Believers making any kind of GAIN(interest) from an investment financial or otherwise.
• Believers who recieve bonuses from their employers, careers, or professions.
• Believers who recieve ANY form of a pay INCREASE from their employers, careers, or professions. This includes any believer who owns a company or business who profits INCREASED at the end of the year. Believers in this category are to give their tithes at the end of the YEAR from the PROFITS that their comany or business INCREASED.
• Believers who are independent contractors who received ANY FORM of a payment from work that was done to a CHURCH or ANY other CLIENTLE that they have a business relationship with.

In closing, Malachi 3:10a GOD REITERATE HIS COMMANMENT AGAIN SAYING: " Bring ye ALL the TITHES into the storehouse." KJV. The storehouse is referencing the CHURCH. Be mindful that the tithes(10%) that we give are holy and have been set apart For the express PURPOSE by GOD. For the work to be done in HIS Kingdom and for the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord. When a person robs from another person it is usually done by FORCE. When we DON'T give our tithes We are ROBBING FROM GOD. Because we know that it's a COMMANDMENT, it WILLFUL DISOBEDIENCE. THERE IS NO!!! EXSCUSE FOR IT AT ALL THAT WE CAN GIVE GOD for this one reason. The poor widow with the two mites(read Mark 12:42 and Luke 21:2). A mite is ONLY!!!! A small fraction of one penny and she gave two mites, which still a fraction of one penny. She gave ALL She had with NOTHING ELSE TO LIVE ON. Jesus(GOD IN THE FLESH) was up close and center stage to witness this poor widow giving ALL that she had to live on in FAITH, OBEDIENCE, AND TRUSTING IN GOD and HIS HOLY WORD. I assure you of this. That she NEVER lacked or wanted for ANYTHING IN HER LIFE AGAIN. It's the lack of being good stewards with our finances, living above our needs(FRONTING), and because of our greedy ways that most of us keep ROBBING GOD time and again of HIS TITHES.
