Laws of Marriage and Divorce Part 1

    Welcome readers to my blog site. This is the beginning to a very important series. The focus will be on Marriage and divorce. The Institution of marriage has been established by God and the guidelines for marriage and divorce has also been set forth by him and are commanded to be followed. The institution of marriage sets the tone for society and has a major impact on every area of our lives that could be positive or negative. There is no discrimination when it comes to the effects that marriage and divorce could have on society regardless to race, color, or the culture that we come from. Why? because when God established this  sacred institution he did so as  it relates to a man and woman not our race, skin color, or culture. These things is what we as people on this earth allow to defile this sacred institution. Marriage and divorce is at or near the top of the list when we look at those things that impact a society. These could range from broken homes to violence, even worst when we take into the account sexual misconduct as well as the lost of souls when it comes down to the church..
   In today's church, marriage is not being taught properly which has caused devastating effects on the lives of believers and Christian homes across America. Divorce rates amongst believers are at a much higher rate than they are amongst unbelievers. That to me is an abomination, grieves the Holy Spirit, and makes us a spectacle in the eyes of ALL creation. 
   In Genesis Chapter 2:23-25 is where we would find the the foundation of marriage being established. However, in verse 24 of Genesis Chapter 2 is where we see:

  • A marriage is between one man and one woman and
  • A husband and wife is one person in the eyes of our Creator God.
     So now, the stage has been set. Next week will begin to face the truth about marriage and divorce that will be hard for many of us to come to grips with. We will have to face the reality of the guidelines that God commands us to obey, follow, and apply to our lives. God bless you all in EVERYTHING.

Laws of Marriage(Guidelines)

  I would like to thank you all for reading my blogs. I also want you to know that I truly appreciate you all. Welcome back. I am going to put forth a list for us all to follow as it pertains to the mind of Christ and as it is written in the holy scriptures( GOD'S recorded word ) concerning the principles and teachings of the laws of marriage. Marriage is between one man and one woman. What God has joined together. Let not anyone ( this includes a husband or a wife) put asunder. A person can ( only divorce )their spouse for sexual misconduct( adultery or fornication etc. ). Being Defiled Part 1

  Kingdom Greetings, Brothers and Sisters of our beloved Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I appreciate you and love you all much and dearly in Christ Jesus. From this point going forward, I will be writing and posting my blogs every other week. The reason for this change is because I have begun writing my third book titled: The Laws Of Marriage.
